The Application & Guarantor Process
Leasing your first off-campus home can feel a bit overwhelming, but we are here to make it as simple and transparent as possible for both students and their families. Here is a quick breakdown of how our leasing process works:
Apply Online
Submit your application through our online portal. Each roommate must complete a separate application along with the required application fee.
Add a Guarantor
Most students will need a guarantor, such as a parent or guardian, to complete the financial portion of the application process.
Secure Your Home
To officially reserve the property and begin processing, submit the required security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
